1. Length of stay
The client who signs the present contract concluded for a fixed period will not be able in any way to take advantage of any right to remain in the premises.
2. Booking formalities, rates
You must provide your credit card information to guarantee your reservation (secured entry by SSL encryption). Your credit card will be debited in case of cancellation according to the following conditions:
- Up to 8 days before the arrival date: 0%.
- Within 7 days before the arrival date: 100%.
- No presentation: 100%.
The prices are in EUROS (VAT not applicable art.293b of the CGI). Only the tourist tax is due in addition. They may be modified according to economic conditions or regulatory provisions.
3. Tourist tax
The tourist tax is a local tax that the client must pay to the establishment which then transfers it to the Treasury.
4. Payment
The payment of the stay is done on the spot, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or cash. Cheques are not accepted.
In case of cancellation within the previous 7 days or in case of no-show of a reservation guaranteed by credit card, the establishment will debit the customer, as a lump-sum compensation, of the amount indicated in its general conditions and special conditions of sales.
5. Respect for privacy
The customer is informed, on each of the personal data collection forms, of the mandatory or optional nature of the answers by the presence of an asterisk. The information processed is intended for Ti Brao, its partners and its service providers (particularly online payment service providers). The customer authorizes Ti Brao to communicate his or her personal data to third parties on the condition that such communication is compatible with the performance of the operations incumbent on Ti Brao under these general terms of sale.
6. Evidence agreement
The entry of the bank information required as a guarantee, as well as the acceptance of these general terms and conditions and of the voucher or reservation request, constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the parties, the same value as a handwritten signature. The computerized records kept in Elloha’s computer systems (online booking solution chosen by Ti Brao) shall be kept in reasonable security conditions and considered as proof of the communications, orders and payments made between the parties. The client is informed that his IP address is recorded at the time of the reservation.
7. Rent
The rental price of the guest house includes :
- The rental of your room runs from 5pm on the day of your arrival until 11am on the day of your departure.
- The bed linen
- The bathroom linen
- Access to the common kitchen/dining room between 6pm and 10pm from May to October.
- Water, electricity and gas consumption.
- Breakfast is served in the large room or in the garden between 8 and 10 am.
- Cleaning provided that the room is returned in a suitable condition.
In case of an event that forces us to close the common kitchen/dining room, no compensation can be demanded.
8. Use of the premises
Food is not allowed in the rooms.
The establishment is non-smoking and non-vaporizing except for the exterior.
We thank you for respecting the peaceful character of the premises and for using them in accordance with their purpose. You are requested to return the rooms and the kitchen/dining room in the cleanest possible condition and to declare any possible damage for which you could be responsible and assume the repairs.
9. Cancellation by the customer
The cancellation of a reservation will become effective only after confirmation by email of its acceptance by Ti Brao.
- For any stay cancelled before the 7 days preceding the date of arrival, the cancellation is without expenses and the possible sums paid will be entirely restored to you.
- For any stay cancelled within 7 days before the arrival date or in case of no-show, 100% of the total amount of the reservation is due.
- In case of early departure, the totality of the reserved service will be due.
10. Cancellation by the owner
In case of external events beyond our control (bad weather, pandemic, …) requiring the closure of our establishment, the stay may, at the customer’s choice, either be postponed to a later date, or be refunded in full. If for any reason whatsoever, there should be a difference in price between the date initially chosen and the date of the postponement, the payment of the difference will be due by the customer.
11. Arrival / departure
The reception of the customers is done between 17h and 20h. A later arrival can be considered if you inform us in advance.
Departure is no later than 11am.
12. Pets
The client may not stay in the company of a pet. In case of non-respect of this clause by the client, the owner can refuse the animals. This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or breach of contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in case of departure of the client, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains with the owner.
13. Objects of value
We recommend that you do not leave valuables in your room. We decline any responsibility in case of theft.
14. Litigation
Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general conditions of sale is subject to French law.
In the absence of amicable resolution, the dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Saint Brieuc.
